My synchronized swimming team is desperate for new swimmers. We are at the point where we might have to shut down. I'm looking for ANY ideas on how other teams have recruited girls.

I know some clubs have had success with "Bring a Friend to Synchro Day!" Might be worth a try! Or maybe offer a free trial once every month or so, so people can see what it's like risk free :)

Hey Haley, I know that synchro coaches have stopped by club and year-round swim practices to try to recruit synchro swimmers. Maybe check out your local swim clubs, gymnastic and dance studios? It's worth a try~ Good luck!
